Viewing the Property

Until recently the Property was occupied by my wife and me, the original owners. It is now empty, except for appliances and living room sound system, and in a “white glove inspection” condition for viewing (by prior appointment) and ready for immediate in after contract closing.

The Property can easily be reached by ground (it is directly off CA's Highway 101's Arcata Airport Road exit ramp; by air in private or commercial (United Express) prop, turboprop or ful Jet aircraft the (airport has night landing equipment) and although it is walking distance from the Property it is not a sound problem because its main runway is parallel to The Property; or even by water (it is only a few miles from two sheltered marinas.

Although the property is offered for sale, to a well qualified prospect with an excellent credit score, a “lease with option to buy” and and because the property is not presently financially encumbered by a mortgage or trust, a partially “finamced by seller” transaction is conceivable but not desired. The property can be sold on a “as presently standing” or, depending of the settlement price, I will make up to $50,000 of customizing changes prior to the closing date.
